Nashua Community College’s Plan for Peterborough Center Met with Enthusiasm | SentinelSource

PETERBOROUGH NH — It’s not a sure bet, yet. But the enthusiasm is certainly there.   Lucille Jordan, the college’s president, was present, as were the property owners, Greg Klemmer of Colliers International Boston, a commercial real estate group, and Charles D. “Chub” Whitten of Juniper Advisory Services, LLC, a real estate advisory firm, which lists a Winchester, Mass., address.  For her part, Jordan explained that the proposal, which originated about a year ago, is for an “academic center” and not a full campus, saying that if it’s built, course offerings will be limited and the majority of the administration will stay in Nashua.  more….
